LOL, good, I thought I was the only one who didn't realize that was Tim until way into the video.
This video is kind of hilarious and endearing, like seeing pictures of your boyfriend when he was 14.
Hilarious, yes, but also a little terrifying. They couldn't be camper if they were The Village People. I wonder what they think when they look back on that now....

It is. He's wearing a wig Andy Duncan gave him, apparently.
I don't know if anyone's posted this already (I did a search, didn't see it), but at the Banana Republic link in that Entertainment Weekly article with the "Skyscrapers" stream, there is a video interview with the band. OK Go is also in the general City Stories video about the project.
