and sara..seriously, one kit kat bar wont od naything, julie is right. u need to consume 3500 calories that DONT get burned to gain a pound. on any given day, you burn about 1100 or 1200 calories--and thats if you dont get ANY exercise. digetsing yoru food burns calories, blinking burns calories, typing burns calories, breathing burns calories, your heart burns calories by beating...so to actually consume 3500 calories that DONT get burned is harder than you think! you have to WORK to gain a pound, my dear. if you eat a kit kat bar every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner along iwth your regular meals and then sit on the couch all day, youll probably gain a pound after 3 days. so TRUST ME, sticking to lean cusines and eating one kit kat bar wont do ANYTHING. especially if you exercise. i have lost weight eating cheese tortellini and cheesecake onlyyyy because i walked a lot.
but if i were you, iw ould stay away form teh lean cuisine and prepare my own meals. theyre a waste of calories. if you made your own meal, youd feel more satisfied in less calories.
but i bring lean cuisines to school because i only have a 20 minute lunch period, and i have a fruit cup on the way to the bowling alley while doing my homework, and have a yogurt cup on the way back from the bowling alley while planning my stage crew hours, group projects, small ensemble rehearsals, and all of this other stupid shit that i hate going on.
i love walking everywhere...but the weather has been so crappy that i slip. i cant go running, so im just stuck inside.
i do at least 140 different crunches a night, a buttload of ballet exercised for my legs, and arm exercises...and it's not making ANY difference. im so angry.
i just had like half a pint of ben and jerry's oatmeal chunk icecream and i dont feel bad. i've also gone down one pants size and i've stopped caring about what i eat. it's weird. i hate how everything in my life is effed. like i eat healthy and exercise and nothinggg happens and then i dont care about anything and i lose weight. and then when i care a tonnnn i gain weight, and then when i study for tests i fail and vice versa. but this is a lets motivate thread so... i also did 300 crunches and the 8 min (which is really 17 if you time it) taebo 2 advanced. wooo!

i do this 10 minute extreme ballet workout
and i have the new york city ballet workout tape thats like, an hour and a half, and i do that too, if i have time after a lateral thigh training thingy
