Ahh. Well, here are a few of my favorites. The Carolines (they've broken up, but I'm sure their CDs are still available) derby Careen The Stone Roses The Darkness
The top 3 are local bands, of Portland, Oregon. They all have a myspace, too, so I'm sure you can buy the CDs from that site.
And then Start Trouble is pretty good, too. They're from Florida, I believe.
And as for the last 2, The Stone Roses and The Darkness, they're both from the UK. I'm sure you know The Darkness, but The Stone Roses were popular in the late 80's.
Hah. I WOULD have an iPod, if Mr. Fuck-Face would give me my money back. NEVER buy an iPod from eBay. Even if it is around half off...
(He claimed it was new, and it was. But it was defective, and 3rd generation, not 4th. And his response was SO illiterate, and offending. There was absolutely nothing capitalized, and at the end, there was a space between 'u' and the ending period. He said I was an ass whole too. God.)
Sorry...XP' Anyways, check those bands out. They're delicious.

my favorite band is this one called ok go. i doubt you've heard of them though, they're not really famous. but you watch out, they're taking over the world!
aside from ok go, which would be obvious, cause, seriously look around you, you should have some collective soul, weezer, jimmy eat world, sam roberts, 800 prospect, the dudes(of calgary not anywhere else, cause others are inferior!), roy orbison still rocks, remember lit? i miss them, beck is good, does enyone know who sung "bittersweet symphony"? that was a good one. anyways, also get some cheap trick, cause they were all right.
hey kids hope everyone had a grand christmas but now on to more important matters. i got an ipod and i need a boatload of songs to put on it so tell me your favorite bands and albums and ill check them out. And if anyone knows some good lo fi stuff im always on the look for it.

You know that band !!! - how the hell do you pronounce that?
I was in some random indie record store in NYC and they had it listed as "!!! [chk chk chk]"
But I felt awkward saying "chk chk chk," so I avoided them altogether.

I <33333 Rusty. I really have to order that CD. And I really want to go see the Unsacred Hearts now.
Also, my friend is obsessed with Emily Haynes of Metric.
