Paul Simon may be one of my favorite musical artists of all time. I'm not so much a fan of Art Garfunkle, but when they're together, it's mind-bogglingly beautiful. the 7 o'clock News makes me get a lump in my throat. Beautiful.
-having a girls let's-act-like-we're-5 sleepover -Danicng badly and having our teen center director just shake his head sadly at us -realizing we're "the favorites" at the center -discussing childhood memories (in kindergarten, we used to keep the boys in the jungle gym and told them they couldn't be let out unless we girls told them they could... and they listened to us. 'Twas beautiful). -Escapades to nearby towns listening to Dane Cook as my friend who's driving puts up with us making the "monkey noises" in the backseat -realizing V-8 may be one of the most unpleasant creations in the world. Ok, so that in itself is not that happy... but it's funny to laugh about -Curling up on the couch and eating marshmellows
-finding things people leave behind in library books and then sending them off to friends in my letters. Today, I found a train ticket for a one-way ride from Brugge to Bruxelles. Now, I'm in the process of deciding which of my letter recipients would appreciate it most...
-Watching my British buddy, Jake, dance insanely to hardcore music.
-this crazy bassist in one of the bands that performed last night.
-This band that had singers whose voices were higher pitched than mine. (they sounded like girls. They sounded more like girls than I do.)
-BRADLEY. He makes me soooooo happy!!!! That's why I talk about him a lot.
-free stickers.

-crashing Matt's (Jake's brother) little movie party. (Jake, Brad, Cory and I invaded his room when we went to Jake's house after the concert. He was watching Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. Probably the most fucked up movie ever. But it was funny.)
-Jake and Matt swearing at each other with their awesome accents about English chocolate ("What the hell is that?", "My secret stash.", "What secret stash?", "English chocolates", "YOU HAVE ENGLISH CHOCOLATE?!?! WHAT THE FUCK!!! GIVE ME SOME FUCKING CHOCOLATE!!!", "Get the fuck off me!!")

Hahahah yes. I streaked across a field with some friends during the summer... though we got bored halfway across, walked back, and our guyfriend (who stayed behind to "guard our clothes" [a.k.a. to smoke]) laughed at our abnormally short attention spans.
-Laser tag -winning tickets to get those cheesy little prizes one yearned over as a kid (we won 180 tickets collectively and "spent" them on 30 plastic dinosaurs/lobsters which we then brought to our teen center, arranged in armies, and had an epic battle as our barn director threw the "dead ones" at us, screaming "T.REX'D!!!") -the original Zelda video games -driving while blasting Spoon (the Infinite Pet sounds so much better when I can scream along the words with the windows down) -Building forts out of blankets and taking naps with friends inside -Team America: World Police/watching the Bourne Identity at 1:30am (it's ridiculously hilarious when one's completely exhausted) -having phone message conversations that span topics from consignment shops with elephant skulls to the, very crucial, ninja v. pirate debate to what one can do with only one dollar and a White Stripes CD (which is, suprisingly, a lot).
