Don't kick me for saying this, but your school sounds like a lot of fun. (I know, you're probably saying in your head, "Yeah right, how can school be fun, you're nutso!") Are you a good artist?
I'm an okay artist. My brother is far better- he just got into art school with a $12,000/yr scholarship, so I'm very much in envy. Smith can be a lot of fun, but it's also rather stressful. And seeing as it's a women's college, I haven't gone on a date in two years. But the class is way fun.

I actually really like "Dynamite," but that's because I think ANGRY! or SCREAMO!Damian is really cute. I'm glad that they didn't head in that direction, but I really like listening to those songs because they're so different from OK Go today and yet, you can still hear where Damian's songwriting has developed from. I think it's really interesting to hear where he was musically seven, eight years ago versus today.
And I feel like a lot of Appendices is complete, unbridled emotion, whether it's crazy-ass "Lay Low" (is that the one where he's screaming "DON'T TOUCH ME!"? I think it is...) or "T's Song," which is so quiet but still full of as much emotion. I think that's why I like Appendices so much.
But, yeah. I'm glad they didn't wind up as a crazy screamo band, 'cause then I'd be sad.
