Hey, I'm a junior in High School and wondering where to go to college. Right now, I'm in love with Columbia College in Chicago for music managment, but I was wondering if anyone has suggestions. If you go to Columbia, tell me if you love it! The one think I learned about Colombia is that the boys there are prettier than the girls! But thats fine with me....haha...

I'm going to Columbia College Chicago in the fall for photography and music business. I visited in October and I loved it.

and some of the boys there are prettier than the girls. But like you said, that's all right.

I would kill to go to a photography school. Too bad my parents probably wouldn't like it, nor have I had an teaching or courses with photography. I really would like to though.

Tulane University. College + New Orleans = best place EVER to go to school. Seriously. People have no idea how we roll and when they witness it they can't believe it.

Except when there are hurricanes. Those SUCK LIKE HELL.

Oh and we don't have music management so if that's what you want then nevermind. Have you looked at Drexel in Philly?

Rollins is the #3 party school in the country as voted by Playboy magazine. It's also the #1 school in the south under graduate schools (Crummer) as voted by US News and World Report. Plus, we recieved a lot of Tulane people and a lot of them stayed.

Dude, I'm doing a FULL YEAR over there! So I will definitely be visiting you at some point.

Wow, all you artsy and musicy people out there....I'm kinda' jealous... I've just realised that I really miss taking photography, and I'm going through this phase where I've decided I want to be a rock photojournalist. It's kind of a silly ambition, but I like it. But it would probably help if I had any really art training....

Don't know anything about Columbia but Im planning on transferring from my college here to Cardonald in Glasgow, Scotland. (Or maybe elsewhere in the UK, I just wanna get out of here) So whereabouts in Scots are you two planning for?

Music wise, I've heard Oberlin, Ohio has a good college...

I go to Brunel University in London....

its umm, its not bad. It is a very good uni, I wont lie, its like 3rd in the Country for its main 'specialist' subject (which I don't study), and EVERYTHING is getting refurbished so its pretty incredible, but the town its in, is absolutely crap. Thank God for being 40 mins from central!!!!!!

Oberlin IS a good school. I was accepted there and got some scholarships, but I decided it was a little too liberal for me (even though i'm libertarian, it was still a bit much). Evergreen in Washington (or perhaps Oregon) is also a good school.

I mighe be a-journeying to McGill U next year.... it's either that or New York University (hoorah Tisch and rouge thespians!)... or Grinnell in Iowa (though someone told me that the only things in Iowa are "cornfields and slipknot." I think he's wrong... obviously they grow colleges there too along with corn and insane pseudo-metal rockers).
