    LOL again
I still remember what that hug felt like. And it wasn't any of that half-a-hug one-arm half-a-second bullshit. This was full-on straight-on body-body hugging.

    Booyah.

    Followed by "Thank you, sweetie."
  • Rollo Puzz got a "Thank you babe!"

Yeah, same. Ange and I (she's the last remnant of our crew. Recognized at last.) were standing behind Katie and Ingrid.. kind of shocked and silent, and then he came at me with his arms outstretched, and said "AND YOU!" (i already recounted this part. bear with me) and i launched myself forward. The ol' thinker (my brain) decided to finally kick into gear, and I therefore remember vividly the best hug ever. He smelled perfect, and his back is very warm.

Hahaha, YES!!! Good for you!! laugh.gif

Melissa, he said "Thanks, babe," after my pics with him in Chicago. I feel cheated on. wink.gif

HAHAHAH! I'm sure with you It meant more!

Oh, that's so cool of him!
Awesome, who's who? I'll try to describe: there's the darker-skinned guy with black dread/braid-type things and (I think) glasses; the sort of squat guy with short brown hair (haha--during setup before the Thursday night show, he told us not to touch Andy's wires, and I said, "If we don't touch the wires, can we touch Andy?" And he looked at me like I was a freak and said, "If you can get a clean shot at him, whatever--I just care about the wires" or something to that effect, lol); and the guy with the long black hair in a ponytail (?).

The guy with dreads and glasses is Jordan. The guy with brown hair is Joe and I don't remember a guy with black hair and a pony tail. Maybe it was just someone that works at the venue?

That story about Joe is hilarious. That sounds like something I would ask.

I'm so frikken bloated. I've just had half a bottle of San Benedetto in the past... 27 minutes.

Hey short girl (haha, i just forgot your username.. agent something..) anywho, are you gonna get tickets for the Ricoh show?
  • No man... I thought maybe, but I realized it was 40 bucks... and they weren't even headlining... they are one of 2 suporting acts? not cool, they should play a small club again... and this time with no support.

    Cool, thanks.
Yeah, the other guy is the one who gave me Damian's cup laugh.gif Come to think of it, I don't think he had a jumpsuit on. But he was right along the stage through the whole show--seemed to be involved with the sound. Perhaps indeed a venue guy.

Haha, cool biggrin.gif It's always good to hear there are many of us out there who will say things like that. Reminds me of nati_face saying she called Andy a stud before they started the acoustic set in Chicago Thursday, lol.

He seemed a little frightened of me, and it wasn't like I was being obnoxious--I just said it to him quietly and in a jocular fashion.

    Who's Jeff?

Yeah, I definetly agree. I'm dying to see them play! But I don't want to go to a huge place and pay a hell of a lot to see them. Plus there are weird other bands I don't know.

I feel like such a loser. I'm constantly being grouped in with all the douched our age. Like everyone at Much. We're the real fans! They SUCK. Anyway.. yeah "those 16 year olds.." (here's a little secret: we're 15.) I'm gonna pretend I'm old for a second, and say, the kids these days SUCK. And for some reason I'm one of them. That blows.

Jeff is their merch guy, aka: Milosh's replacement. I think he's been with them since the Motion City Soundtrack Tour. He's nice, but I miss Milosh. I was going to make him a tip jar. sad.gif
  • Ha, I just meant you calling her "short girl."

    Good night!

Ohhh, yeah, I was wondering what his name is. Yeah, he was there in Milwaukee in Feb., and that was a Motion City show.
