After the last song, I think Damian was talking about how fans are always asking them to do things and that they're not monkeys. He said that that was the last song, but fans still keep asking for more. So that's when they did the "Million Ways" dance. In all honesty, I wasn't too focused on Damian since I was busy making goofy faces at Dan.
Right before the band got on stage, I put an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper on stage next to Damian's mic stand. It said:
Wanted: Dan Konopka
Crime: Fashion Felony
Weapon: Mullet
Damian ignored it, but Tim saw it and laughed. He looked at Dan and pointed to the paper. Dan couldn't see it from behind the drums so Tim picked it up and showed it to him. Dan laughed and then looked out at the audience to see who did it.
I waved at him and he made a fake angry face and shook his fist at me. Then he made a throat slitting gesture. Right before the "Million Ways" dance, he shot me another fake angry look and I stuck my tongue out at him. I had a blast.
When he came out after the show, he came right over to me and CinnamonLips (and two other girls we hooked up with at the show). I wanted to open my arms and give him a giant hug, but then I saw his fiancee following closely behind him so I had to casually segue that into a handshake. He asked me "Where did you get that picture from?" I told him his friend's blog and he said "oh...yeah, I know the blog." He was really nice and introduced us to his fiancee and posed for pictures.
Andy was hanging out with his buddies and had his back towards us. It was hard to get his attention and we didn't want to be rude and interrupt. We thought about maybe dancing and then "accidentally" bumping into him since the music was really infectious. But then I had a less intrusive idea. I took his picture from the back and thought that if he saw the flash, he would turn around. Everyone turns around when they see a camera flash when there's nobody else taking pictures, right? Well, Andy didn't turn around, but the friend he was talking to saw us and said to Andy, "your fans want to talk to you."
"Do you want a picture?" Andy asked. We told him we wanted 3 pictures and he was nice enough to pose with all of us. CinnamonLips said she already had dozens of photos with them and didn't need another one.
We all wanted to see Tim. When we saw him walk out from the stage area, I was already waving to him and he came to talk with us for a bit until another girl moved into our little circle and led him away from us.
"That's what I'm doing right now. I'm on my way back," he answered innocently. I wasn't sure if I believed him or not.
Damian, however, eluded us. We sent out a search party and roamed around the club looking for him and we ended up back at our original spot which was a choice spot because all three guys (Dan, Andy, Tim) were right behind us, but they were each in their own group with friends. I wanted to take my camera and casually take a photo of them all, but that flash would have been as inconspicuous as me shouting to them since I didn't see anyone else taking pictures.
And then -- all the lights came on and the music stopped. It suddenly felt like morning and we were all standing around looking at each other awkwardly.
That was actually taken when they first came in. The photo area was right by the entrance.

That picture is simply scrumptious. I love the looks of all four men there.
I still say that I should have blown off all my finals and hitchhiked to NYC. That would have been the concert and the meeting of the century.

That's so awesome! I want to leave a note on the stage, but the next time I see them, there'll probably be a barricade, so I guess I can't.
I bet he forgot, but that doesn't mean that he didn't want to come back. I never thought Tim was tall because in pictures, he was the short one. Later I realized that's because the rest of them are so tall. In my very first picture with Damian, I told him that he was too tall, so for the picture he crouched down so he was my height.

thats funny though that you got in with the staff and photographers and then told security that she was with you haha.
was that your first time meeting the band? and they were cool about like pictures and stuff although they were with friends?
sorry but if you have any other info about this event like any other awesome stuff then please share it because i would love to hear it, but also be jealous that i missed it.
