What kind of "sick" are you when you can't eat pizza, I wonder? Heartburn possibly. It gives me heartburn sometimes, or makes it worse.

Maybe something upper respiratory? The cheese could make him more congested. Also, I've had antibiotics in the past that you aren't supposed to eat dairy while taking.

Or stopped up... heh heh I'll quit now. I just hope he feels better soon :-) Poor guy. I'd lend him half of my immune system if I could. Possibly give him a kidney too.
