you saw them! im so jealous they like never come anywhere close to wheere i live but when they get sorta close ive saved up my money to spend on them even if it cost like $300
YIKES!!! i basically got to see them out of luck... there was this HUGE festival type thing, going on in three spots. there are these 2 amazing theaters in detroit (the fox and the state) and there is a large lot in between them, and ALLLL afternoon there were like, 30 some bands playing in all three areas, and i just decided to stay put in the Fox where there was AC and good music playing... and the last band on that stage was The Killers, who I was there to see, but i was kinda pleased Keane was gonna be there b/c i liked their one song, and then i got to see them and was BLOWN away. i picked up the cd on my way out...
you have really good taste in music lol i love the killers too! lol i got stuck on keane bc me and my sister try to find the newest music and we found keane she bought the cd and i listened to it and loved all of there songs
there are some songs on avril lavignes first cd that are sad i dont know the names though Stories- Trapt
(talking about keane im listening to songs on shuffle and one of there songs came up but its from their newest cd)
well, in being a fellow killers and keane fan, i must agree!! that you have good taste in music as well, that is
dancing nancies and tripping billies by dmb... even though they are 2 of my absolute faves... when you listen to music with someone and then that someone just turns into someone bad, it sucks that those particular songs remind you of said bad person.... but again i power through b/c i love that music.
Me too! and that song is so depressing! My dad asked me to play some pink floyd at his funeral so it won't be sad, i told him i'll be playing wish you were here. That's one of the only pink floyd songs i can appreciate, Comfortably Numb is another good one.

"You and I Both" by Jason Mraz reminds me of a former good friend.
i think it's about their ex-drummer that died...
WHAT A DOWNER.
i always want to cry during this song... probably just because subconsciously i know the world will never live in peace.
Hold On- The Jonas Brothers
so does The Sun Doesn't Shine Forever by Duran Duran
1000mph- ok go
whoever said howie day, i think katie, yeah they're kinda sad too.
pretty much everything from aqualung is depressing.

keane "nothing in my way"
savage garden "to the moon and back"
snow patrol "set fire to the third bar" & "make this go on forever" both are like my fav snow patrol songs, but they are kinda sad.
