Yes. I'm not good at distracting, though. We need to try to get actual IDs. I'm going to try to talk to a current student (I have some connections through the ND alumni club here) and find out what the deal is with this show and why it's such a secret and how tight security is. Apart from that, we still take the risk of freaking out the band if/when we show up.

I think last year you bought your ticket at the door. If that's not the case, you'll have to get them at the student center, which is even harder because they check your ID then, and really check it.
I really. really. can't. wait. 0_o I thought I was going to have to wait years until they ever had a show close enough to me that I, without a car, could see them. So seriously. 0_o
my husband doesn't want me to go alone and worse...he fears that I'll meet the band without him, not because he wants to meet them(although I'm sure he'd love to), I think he's worried that he won't be there to make sure I don't run away with Damian!LOL!

i have a friend whose has a friend who goes to notre dame and she said shes going to talk to her about getting me tickets and ill pay her for them and then i have to find 2 IDs which im afraid of bc idk what im going to do and try to get them i mean what if i never get any and how am i soposed to give it back to the person!

Just so you know, when I bought the ticket they checked my ID carefully (looked at the picture and such), and told me they'd be doing the same at the door.
I say, do it!
What's the worst that can happen? You hang around outside and maybe get to talk to them when they're walking around.
What's the best that can happen? You get to see the show aaand talk to them when they're walking around, lol.
I feel this way about it.
Though the needing-to-get-tickets-at-student-center-and-with-an-ID part throws a wrench into the works if we still want to attempt to see the show.
