Questions about makeup (I'm clueless)

I bought eyeliner the other day, but I'll probably never use it.

I had a coupon and I needed to buy to products from the same company, so I bought my sister eyeshadow and myself eyeliner.

And then I went to Bath and Body Works and bought myself some Burt's Bees Chap Stick because I LOVE that stuff.

What chapstick is the best? I am in such confusion. Some make my lips feel all grimey while other just don't cut it. Which is really the best?

Blistex, by far. Burt's bee's is pretty good, but blistex works the best.
