Well, I don't know about y'all, but I'm completely capable of spending five hours on the phone and not even realising it. Am I odd? I don't know.


In other news, New Year's was rather sucky. Life is rather sucky now. I can run away and wish I was here, or stay here and wish I'd left. Either way, I'm going to be unhappy, so I don't know why I try.

I don't think I've ever been on the phone for five consecutive hours . . . it's more like, "Call me back in five minutes", then I'm on the phone for two hours again.


I'm sorry about your New Year's, Katy. I hope you feel better.

But I do miss 2006 already. Mostly because I have a big change/event thing in three weeks, and I'm just being kind of a pessimist about it, when I really should be an optimist about the whole situation . . . oh well.

I'm Going to Be on TV!!

Yes, that's right. Tonight I will be on tv. 5pm on the ABC 15 Smart Shopper segment.

My school is the feature and I appear doing what it is that I do. If you're in AZ, watch it!

Wow. That's really awesome! I would watch except for the whole I'm not in Arizona thing. A few of my friends have been on tv because they're really good athletes and end up on all the local sports shows and stuff.

The best part was the teaser where they say "Up Next." In that scene I have my hands in the hostess's mouth. She's trying to speak, but my hands are in the way, so she tells me "one second." Then she turns to the camera and says "Up Next, I have a feature on Arizona's first and only dental school." Meanwhile I'm sitting behind her smiling at her like an idiot. My mask is on the whole time. Then she turns back to me and say "ok, you can continue." And I stick my hands back in her mouth. My little "Up Next" teaser was right in between the weather teaser and a teaser about Oprah.

Unfortunately, the upnext teaser is not on-line. It was hillariously embarrasing.
Gah! I look like such a dork!

The idiot hostess just could get the name of my school right. She had to re-take it 3 times and even the one that went on the air was messed up. Say it with me now: The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health!

She doesn't listen to me on music. Obviously. Our styles differ a lot.

But to her, Pete Wentz is the greatest bassist that ever lived. I almost fall on my ass laughing everytime she says that. Umm . . . but I will mention it to her, a direct quote from you to her.

I have to mention John Entwistle, too. He was like a bass god.
