  • *Gasp* You had mermaids at your Renaissance Fair! Lucky! You're festival looks almost as cool as the Arizona Renaissance Festival. There's a bunch of land in the middle of the desert built to look like a fairy tale place. The place isn't opened for most of the year, then for about two months from Feb-Apr, the place comes to life. Must be creepy to be a grounds keeper there during the rest of the year. When I went one of my friends was really tempted to rent a costume to wear. They were availabe for rent outside of the place. I kept egging her on to rent something, I said I would wear one too. She chickened out, so instead we had this pic taken:
