they are playing the maze in nottingham next month....where ever the heck that is, even i the great andy hasnt heard of the maze in nottingham...and i think ive been to all the venues now..(other then the maze)

It was honestly one of the best shows I've ever been to. It was in a tiny art gallery, and there was SOO much audience participation from the band. Both of the Harrys (year 4 and year 7) kept coming into the audience and putting their arms around everybody and one of them played the saxophone on a chair. Asdfgshjkl it was so perfect. Oh, right - Joe (Harry Yr.4) came into the audience, grabbed me, and we both took turns yelling 'SPEEEWWW' during one of the songs. I didn't even mind the repeated bashing of the mic into my chin.

OH ALSO!! We were the first ones there, so we hung out with the merch guys and the band and everyone during soundcheck before people started showing up. There was a girl there who apparently is famous in the HP world and has met J.K. Rowling and everything because she runs The Leaky Cauldron (I've only ever seen the movies, but from what I understand, her website is like..a huge deal.) Anyway, she's on tour with the band and writing a book about the culture surrounding the books and SHE TOOK OUR PICTURE AND WE MIGHT BE IN A BOOOOK.


They're playing at the Ukranian Federation in Montreal tonight, Amy!

The Ukrainian Federation is an AMAZING stage. Holy crap it's where I saw Arcade Fire and where I will (hopefully) be seeing the Books.

Oh my god no way I need to take Ken oh my god he loves Harry Potter and anything related. Oh my god.

I think they would really have no choice but to sell them at the door, since the band was panicking just a couple days ago because none of the venues in Montreal would book them, but they had already made travel arrangements. So it was crazy short notice, you shouldn't have a problem. Have an awesome time! I took plenty of ridiculus polaroids with them.

I just called in the local reord store and I think the guy thoght I was on something or another because I was so excited.

They're at the door. They're $5, but it starts at 8 and I don't know when Ken is coming in (it's also about a half-hour trip up to the Outremont section of Montreal to get there, but still). UGGGGGGH.
