Ugh. Sawyer, at the end: "Love having YouTube videos on, always." Oh, God, they're so smarmy! I can just imagine the meetings where these old people are saying to each other, "We have got to get ON this YouTube thing. What's happening? I don't understand it, but let's get some of these people on our show, so we'll be seen as hip." Her tone through this whole thing is smarmy and self-congratulatory. Ugh!
And you can tell they have NO idea what to make of the Wallpaper video. Confusing and awesome, that's the goal! Congratulations, boys!
Damian: "Well, we're just a rock band..." Way to control the interview, Damian. In my work, I have had to learn how to keep control of your message when you're being interviewed on TV, and it's hard. Damian does a good job.
Sorry. I'm in an analytical, critical mood. Hope I didn't ruin this short segment for anyone. TV appearances seem to be a necessary evil. But I hope some people, at least, see how cute Damian and Tim are and decide to learn more.

Don't feel bad--it was just us lucky dopes who happened to be on the board in the early a.m.--J0rge posted it in the YouTube award thread at about 1:15 in the morning. I'm glad I just happened to go online before work and was able to set to record.
