OK Go/ The Fray summer tour!!

    ::Hugs:: I hear ya, Jen. But the guys need a break, and the rest of the world needs a turn too. We're awfully spoiled getting to see them as often as we do.

    It'll just be a few months and then there will be a new CD recorded and those poor boys will be back on the road.

    As upset as I am, knowing it'll be foreverrrrrrrrr until I get to see them again, I agree. The poor guys need a break.

    Oh, I understand 100%. That pity message was just an inclination of how incredibly spoiled I have been the last few months. I would rather they rest up and create another record than continue touring on the same songs.

    They will be missed of course, but the anticipation of them returning gives me a happy feeling in between my toes. biggrin.gif

    ya since the original Jones Beach concert got rained out because it was like extreme thunderstorms and rain and stuff, they rescheduled it

    but i didn't think OK Go would go since they got to play their set before it was too bad

    I don't think so. The concert at Jones Beach was rescheduled to this Tuesday due to rain, but Mae and OK Go already played their sets on the original date. From what I've heard, OK Go is not expected to be there. It's possible, but I think they have to run off to Europe, right?

    the other day on the local news they were talking about how the concert got rained out and i was like OK Go related information...on the news?!?! nice!

    o and my brother told me he saw his friend at a restaurant or something late that night and she was at the concert and she was really mad that it got canceled because the weather wasn't that bad, but she said she saw the first 2 openers so they did play

    I believe you're right. Jones Beach has tonight billed as "an evening with The Fray" and does not list any opening bands like they did for the original date.

    Yes, it's confirmed then. "An Evening With" is venue code for "These are the only guys playing, so don't show up late expecting to skip an opening act".
