oh, and compared to my friends...i'm tall. hispanic people don't grow very much. i think the only reason that my family is tall is because we would drink milk and eat everything in site...seriously...we still do that -- its like 4 gallons of milk a week.

We go to his restaurant almost every friday and for some reason I always assumed he was gay and that the smiles etc were just part of the job. Then last week I wasn't there because I was at the lame cruise. Apparently he asked my parents where I was, they told him and so when I went back tonight he asked my name, told me his and asked how the cruise was... for some reason I don't think an uninterested gay guy would have remembered where I was. Oh and he stares and laughs at my lame jokes.
My parents won't shut up about him. They keep going about how nice the "meet the parents" thing will be because they already know him and he's nice and tall so he'll fit in well.
