ok so sorry for this extremely old BUMP...but i need some opinions
the thing is...i am in love with the environmental science teacher
he looks 35. but he's really 47. and i will make out with him.
i'm so close, you don't even know.
but tell me...is this bad? i don't find this creepy. the age difference is big but not noticeable in conversations. he is not some skeezy old man either, so don't judge. hahahaha

Being in love with teachers/professors is part of life. You've got to keep it in perspective, though. Hook up with whomever you want to hook up with (well, once you're legal and he's out of danger of being arrested and such), but keep a realistic view of the relationship and where it's (probably not) going.
This reminds me of the most awesome article ever, which I can unfortunately not find for free online anymore. If anyone is interested, though, I've attached it. Here's a preview:
[UMass professor:] I've had them come at me right and left. I've had people take their clothes off in my office. And there is a particular kind of student I have responded to. I am not defending Don Juanism, you know, sex for grades and so forth. But there is a kind of student I've come across in my career who was working through something that only a professor could help her with. I'm talking about a female student who, for one reason or another, has unnaturally prolonged her virginity. Maybe there's a strong father, maybe there's a religious background. And if she loses that virginity with a man who is not a teacher, she's going to marry that man, boom. And I don't think the marriage is going to be very good. There have been times when this virginity has been presented to me as something that 1, not quite another man, half an authority figure, can handle--a thing whose preciousness I realize.
all that thinking in that article gave me a headache. I still don't know what to think about it.
anyways, there's a sub in my school who is really cute. and cool. And I do have a crush on him, but it's pointless because he followed his girlfriend to Mass. and that's how he ended up subing in my school.

Only at UMass....
We don't have very many hot professors here. At least none that I've noticed. Maybe I'll have to take a class at UMass sometime and find one...
Though I had a HUGE crush on my 8th grade French teacher. HUGE HUGE HUGE. It was ridiculous.
So, uh. There's this TA at the University of Minnesota from my friend's Linear Algebra and Differential Equations class who teaches Topology, advanced Algebra and some other topics from mathematical physics. He came from Peru. Here he is:

this should be wrong on all different levels

don't stand so close to me
hahahaha
I like the Police. I used to listen to them a lot with my dad when I was a kid.
I just think my teacher is hot. I don't want to make out with him though.
That's a little . . . weird?
but the thing is...i dont have him AS a teacher, so its not like we're being bad people and messing up my grades
he's just a teacher... in my school... who i am close with
anddddd i'll be legal and out of the school in a year, so i guess thatll be fine *shrugs*
so it doesn't matter really.
