    He wasn't so much a filthy hippy. He was more of an alcoholic, drug and sex obsessed, filthy, bad-tempered "rock god". Though he never played an instrument.

    I spent 1AM to 3AM trying to get my friend's car out of my driveway last night.

    The funny thing is that she fell in the mud while trying to push her car out, and I didn't. hahahahaha (she was laughing, too, so I'm not being mean.) But I was equally muddy by the time we could get someone to tow her out.


    I went bowling with her earlier that night with a couple of our friends (because it was her birthday), and then we went to Denny's to hang out.

    And I saw this group of teens that were going to a dance, and they looked like Panic! at the Disco! My friend, Mason, and I laughed extremely hard at that as they were right behind us. I think they hate us now because I said Panic! at the Denny's in PH! (Port Huron, for you non-Michiganders)

    What a fun night.

    I saw ok go yesterday. The radio station sponsoring the event had a whole bunch of bands perform, so ok go only got a half hour on stage. Stupid AFI meanwhile had over a good hour of songs performed since they were the main event. I got there early, and saw the band arrive and unload their equipment. There was an old lady working security for the arena. I made friends w/ her, and then she let me move to a better seat, right near where Dan was setting up. Damian came out to tell Dan something. Then the gear was brought up on stage. Ok Go is meant for a standing room theater, not a seated theater. The show was at the hockey arena. Much too big a place for a local radio station's rock show. There were plenty of empty seats to steal. I met Dan. He said they were in a hurry to get to Detroit. Nevertheless, he was very sweet and friendly. He posed for a picture w/ me. The look on his face was hillarious when I told him I was a dental student. He looked scared of the pain. He gave me his autograph, which said, "Thank you so much, okgo" followed by his signature. Have no idea what he was thanking me for, but cute nonetheless.

    So you guys were right. It was a good time, but too short since so many other bands had to come on. Oh, and another highlight: I met fellow boardie Lightamatch4me! Good times.

    Yeah, AFI was nuts. Their fans were lousy too. Shiny Toy Guns wasn't too bad. Ooo, and I bought 3 okgo hoodies and 2 of the Oh No cd/dvd.

    Speaking of bad hard-core rock bands, my classmate recently told me her cousin is lead singer of the band Mudvayne. She says they're are coming to town soon and she's trying to find people willing to hang out back-stage w/ her. So of course I agreed to go w/ her. Why couldn't she have said something like "oh my cousin is lead singer of a band called ok go.'
