    Amberdino - my name's Alice, but no worries, Electra's fine! And I did move to San Francisco when I was little, but my parents brought me back about 5 or 6 months later. I used to visit all the time though, had an american accent and everything lol. That's kinda why I use american words a lot...

    guitaar solos and everything
    but they wouldnt let us headbang, so on the last night of the concert we did it anyway and got in SO MUCH trouble

    I wasn't sure about it, 'cause I listened to his record in Virgin a while ago- beginning of February, maybe?- and didn't know if I liked it or not, owing to the gobs and gobs of falsetto. And by "listened to it," I mean I did one of those 30-second-a-track listens. I've known who he is and I've liked "Grace Kelly," but I've been sort of hesitant to jump on the bandwagon.

    But now I am smitten and pissed that his concert in Paris is sold out.

    dude yeah i want his album too - i've wanted it for a couple months but it came out in the US today! but i dont feel like spending money on cds because there are just too many that i want so uh unfortunately i've been engaging in some illegal music activities sleep.gif sorry mucisians, i'm a bad person, yes i know.
    i cant find mikas album though.. but i'll keep searching.

    My mum's obsessed with Grace Kelly, so I have the album, but I can never send music over the internet (I've tried, it rarely works, but I can try again for you if you like... msn or something?)

    Mika came onto my best friend in a bar recently. And though he's straight, my friend was apparently very tempted :S

    I really liked the change. When Ian Fleming wrote the original Bond novels, Bond was kind of a giant douchebag. He wasn't so suave and he was really a womanizing drunk. Casino Royal, as far as I can tell (the only Bond book I've actually read parts of was From Russia With Love), was pretty accurate to the book (as it was Fleming's first Bond novel and really, you can't change that). Bond didn't have fancy gizmos and he wasn't completely bulletproof in terms of emotion.

    That's why I liked Craig. He was, for lack of a better word, scruffy. He looked a little beat up and worn down, not like Brosnan or Dalton or even Roger Moore (though Moore can be a bit scruffy looking). Even with blonde hair and blue eyes, he was a great Bond. He drank and was weak and didn't rely on all those stupid gadgets (which I could never stand. My brother thought they were awesome; difference of opinion).

    I thought the movie dragged on a bit actually, but I think Craig has the potential to be an amazing Bond.
