    Lollapalooza is in Chicago. If you're going to complain about distance, I've never even been to Chicago and I live in Austin and Orlando but I'm willing to migrate up there for one band. Wow, these boards seriously are addictive.

    No Chicago, unless Ok Go will be there. Lollapalooza will get all the attention instead of awesome Boardie Convention

    Well, there'd be no point in going anywhere unless OK Go was there.

    I'd say we'd need to pick something centrally located, except that would mean, like....Kansas. I feel like most of us live towards the eastern part of the country anyway. (Though I could be wrong.) Chicago would actually be pretty good- it's a hike for those of you in TX and CA, but it's not absolutely terrible, and close enough for all the Canada Boardies to get there as well.

    We'd just have to figure out what date.....if they play in Chicago this summer, that is...

    Also, if we do this, we need offical Boardie t-shirts, so we know who everyone is. Also also, I think we should get them a giant sheet cake (though I wouldn't know how you'd get it to a concert...) and get a pic with all of us and all of them.

    Well, we could all make pieces of one giant cake and bring them together like a quilt. That'd be awesome!!! Chicago is really good if you think about it since so many people are from Canada, too. Sucks for people in the UK, but they get to go see OK Go a lot more than we do (isn't everything like 3 hours away????)...

    Fantastic plan, as usual, jedi_grrlie. Chicago is centrally located and the birthplace of the band. We definitely need t-shirts! It's cool, and it'll prevent passerbys who aren't boardies from trying to sneak in. Also boardie shirts are way cooler than "hello my name is" tags. We need a group of us to make these lovely shirts. Who wants to design them? Ha ha.

    Didn't think about the food aspect. Cake is always good. The band had better be in Chicago during the summer. Since most of us are in school during the year, the summer of Ok Go would rock. This would all make a good movie, lol.
