  • So I just realised that reason 12 (I think it's 12) and reason 85 are more or less the same. Or sameish.

It deserves to be repeated! (I wish my mom and her brother could get along like Trish and Damian. But Trish and Damian are nice people, and my uncle's an ass, so I guess it'd be impossible for my mom to get along with him.)

Basically, it was listening to it at a time when I was recovering from a loss, even though it was a loss that was VERY different from what Damian (and Tim) went through. Regardless, the song still speaks to a loss, and you can relate to that if you understand it, no matter what your own particular loss is/was.

    Does that make sense?

I know what you mean. I started listening ot OK Go after my mom died and when I heard Return it hit me, hard. I instantly fell in love with that song because it related to death and loss and was a comfort in some way. I know this is pretty corny but whenever I was really down I would just turn on OK Go and I felt better.
  • 86. OK Go helps you get through difficult times.
  • 87. Their bassist dirty dances with Chantal Claret.

Ooo, please explain. I'm curious to know more.
  • She's the lead singer for Morningwood. The guys were checking out their set at SXSW and she went up to Tim and started dancing and singing for him. Apparently it was quite the moment, here are all the pictures I've been finding for the past few weeks..

  • I def. had a dance party with my friends to "to the nth degree." Good. Song.

I love the 4th picture down with Hdamian and Rusty standing awkwardly in the background.
  • Haha, I know. Andy's expression is the perfect mix of confusion and terror.
  • Lol, that's the funniest dirty dancing ever! Isn't she doing all the work while Tim stands there confused? Mixtape, you find the most awesome pics and info. I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, you are an assest to the Official OkGo Roach Broach Society! wink.gif

I def. had to refrain from breaking out into dance when I was walking to class one day listening to that song. However, yesterday when I was in my car, I was overwhelmed with the feeling and couldn't stop myself.

The need to dance happens sometimes... and it's perfectly acceptale to follow that need

Not when people are staring at and judging you.

Don't worry. Let people watch and think your crazy. It's loads of fun! I've figured out how to do the entire Million Ways dance while sitting in the car. If people look at me funny, I just blow them a kiss. They smile and seem to like that.
