I've seen other pics where he's had cigarettes, though none where he's actually smoking, though it would be stupid to hold a cigarette and not smoke. And other people have said he smokes, so yes, he does.

However, I'm under the impression that he does it occasionally. Which, although not good, is better than being a regular smoker.
