I'm guessing it might not be available in too many places, i.e., at all. It is most likely a student-made film that was put on the IMDB and only the people who participated in it have copies.

i've loved tim since the first moment i saw him (in here it goes again), i downloaded the song and then I bought the cd!! then i began to watch all their videos and i really like tim in all of them...

Now that you mention it, I think I've only seen him smile in two other pictures. He should smile more, even though I love the Lord Boss of Hogg look.
