    Hi! I'd like to try my hand at making one. What do you use to convert a flv file into a series of gif screenshots?

    I use a flv converter ( I think mine is called BitComet Flv Converter and I really like it) and then insert it in animake, some free gif maker... it's not super awesome, but I don't have adobe and it's ok, once you know how to use it.
    Has anyone a better way? I'd love to hear about that, too.

    I use Adobe Photoshop, so first I convert flv's to mpg,
    but you could also use Windows Movie Maker to take still jpgs out of mpgs (but you'd have to convert the flv to mpg first. I think mine is actually called Flv Converter, and I got it when I was downloading youtube stuff off Keepvid).

    The OK GO was supposed to change colours to rainbow colours, but all the colouring in their faces got messed up
    like when it was green, Dan's chin was green too.
    So yeah, just a still one had to work.

    Really sucks how it didn't work though..

    I like it too, Musivally-Adidicted! It gives it a new edge in that color- looks more dazzling. In fact, I'd go so far as to say they should use that color instead!

    I think the one I laugh at most (and during the worst times!) is the one with Andy saying "Invincible." Someone once said it looked like "I fucked your mom" and now that is all I think about when I see it.

    Kinda like Sheri's "Mushy Milk for two."
