Glad to hear yet another mature gal being happy for them. Although I must say, I pulled out my prized signed birthday card the other today and realized that what Damian wrote no longer applies...boo hoo. He had signed off with "You and me in 2020!" so of course, I was going to hold him to that! Anyhoo, I'm just kidding about all of this of course, my husband is the one who made me the card and encouraged me to get it signed (and waited in the background while I got it signed). Which was really funny, because Damian shook his hand and said "Thank you sir!" like he was my DAD or something letting me come to the show...and my husband still gets carded so he doesn't look old...weird.

Dinner party went well, it was for my husband's band CD release party. They are so fun, wish everyone on this board lived in Austin so I could convince you all to become fans!!! They NEED cool OKGO type fans!!

My mom is a nurse, too! She was wearing Rubby Ducky scrubs to the show. Good times. She works in the NICU.

My sister's graduating from nursing school next spring.
Yeah, I'm a nurse...I'm actually a clinical nurse specialist which is like a specialized nurse practitioner. I could never hack it in the NICU! I choose outpatient work, much less stressful! Although I don't get to wear such things as cute Dickies scrubs and comfy nursing shoes, it's all lab coat and heels, oh well. So if you have diabetes or weird lipid problems, I'm your girl.
I wish I could go to Europe to see OKGO....

Oh, believe me, a certain couple of people were still conjecturing about it until recently.....
Speaking of that, Kay found this great quote from some random person's blog where they were like, "Oh, I guess Damian Kulash isn't gay...", but I can't remember which thread she posted it on...KAY COME BACK AND FIND IT!
I just found out that OKGO's Damian Kulash is not gay. Well, not completely. According to the HOB Green Room Broadcast, he wrote the song "Don't Ask Me How I'm Doing" about an ex-girlfriend. I am amazed! Maybe he's just an Andy (skinny Seattle haircutting Andy, not healthy orange South Carolina Andy). You know. Does stereotypical gay things, but isn't gay.
Man, people like that confuse my gaydar... But see, this bothers me. He's not gay, and I didn't jump him at the show? Damn. By the way, I'm just kidding. A Ha Ha Ha Ha. Oh please shoot me now.
