The only band im semi interested in seeing on the invited list is "Boy" and ive only seen one of their videos and it was lame... and Yodie hates them...

when they get the schedual up, if it has something interesting, maybe. I wont buy the wristband though, since id probably only wanna see a few bands...

I was only planning on going to OK Go concerts this summer, but after hearing The Lashes, I'm changing my mind. Also, if Jack's Mannequin comes to Austin, I WILL be there.

Oh, I'm definitely going to be hitting up some SBR gigs over the summer, I just can't go right now. Man in Gray are playing June 2nd in Asbury Park, so I'll probably go to that one. And the 'Hearts will probably be playing in Brooklyn sometime.

Okay, problem!

I really wanted to go see Snow Patrol tomorrow night, BUT apparently the lead singer's voice is on the fritz, so they had to cancel the gig and reschedule it for 6/27.

But I really want to go to a concert this weekend, as I'm completely free and really bored.

My options:

The Fall, tonight, 9 pm, but they're playing all the way out in Brooklyn, and I don't know how to get there.

or

Wolfmother, tomorrow, 6:30 pm, in Manhattan, pretty easy to get to

or

Tapes 'n Tapes, Sunday, 7:30 pm, I think also in Manhattan

Another problem = who do I take, because I don't want to go alone.

DECIDE FOR ME!


Edit: Scratch the Tapes 'n Tapes show, apparently it's sold out.

I recomend Wolfmother if you wanna see a great show. They have sooo much energy and thier music has this great Old School rock quality and sound. Wnen I saw them I didnt know who they were, but they won me over after hearing the first song. Thier music is really fun also..

I dont know any of the other ones... so my votes for The Wolfies!
