Oh god I was obsessed with this video. I couldn't possibly decide who's the best! It's like asking whether I want Pumpkin Pie, Crepe Suzette, Chocolate Souffle, or Jell-O. I'd order all 4 and eat every last bite... Now I'm hungry .

I love the video.  It is so cute and I love Damian at the beginning: "Yes, yes, yes!"  That and the fist pump followed with "I want to woo," it shows his irrepressible enthusiasm which I think is one of his best qualities.  

I watched the video again with an eye on Dan and I think he is certainly the best in this.  As to who I think the best dancer is over all, I think Tim.  If you look at the old videos you will notice that he never has to count his steps.
