I'm assuming you used a DVR or a Tivo? The same thing has happened to me a BAZILLION times, drives me nuts! I know on mine you can mess with the settings so that it records longer though, check through what yours can do.
yes, I do. and it's happened before. I usually do set it to go on a few minutes longer, but I was just in a hurry, you know? I thought about it, but I was distracted so I never actually did it. aaaaaaaaah. sigh.
edit: never mind, some lovely wonderful person already has it posted on YouTube. yesss.
I think I might just be experiencing the worst week ever... Today I was really hesitating, should I go to uni or not, only 3 hours and it's important stuff because of exams and so I went... Only to realize how awful it is to sit there for nothing. Everything we did I could have done at home, and all that means that I spent hours running around where I should have been in bed getting better. There are two more days left, I wonder what'll happen... now eating a bowl of fruits, vitamins yay!
** applelye- that happened to me so so often!! I really wanted to record that one animation movie (Giant something...) and I was starting to watch it only to realize after ten minutes that the tape was broken... That's like 5 years ago and the movie wasn't broadcasted since...
So I was having a great day. I had just recieved my best score EVER in guitar hero and then my parents come down and decide to randomly yell at me and pressure me into getting my liscence. I will get it when I freaking feel like it! Recently it seems my mom wants to live MY life for me. Well she can have it because it really isn't that interesting. Its like they want to let me grow up but just always tell me when and why I'm going to do stuff.
Ughhh. Oh yeah and I didnt save my song for guitar hero because I got pissed and left! Meh...
But listening to OK Go on the loudest level of your stereo in your room really does help
I'm so glad to be home from school. If I had to hear one more time a friend, classmate, or teacher ask me about Monday or mention the word "Monday" I was going to get freaky on their ass (and that's probably not a good thing). It was crazy! Everywhere I went, I was given a look then the mention of it. Only my closests friends were dear and sincere enough not to care or bring it up. Mon-fuckin-fun-day is when I find out whether I'm getting into a school. Some of these people who where bringing it up aren't even friends of mine. They were just being nosy truckers! The only thing that made me tolerate this phony interest in my life was that it was Friday and I have a hot plate of Chinese food in front of me. Friday I love you!
I'm so tired. I've been campaigning all day. Some people are so sweet and kind and love to chat about politics but some ppl are so horribly rude. But this really nice guy in the street said "good luck" when he saw my pin. That was thrilling. I guess it's gonna be a tense few hours more. And I haven't even started my hw. I have 1)a stupid paper 2)problem set 3)exam to study for 4)lab stuff Sigh.
Tempe- ugh, yeah, that's awful. Some ppl are so rude and nosey. Just ask them how their apps are going, and walk away. Or just throw things at them.
ugh. I have to complete an entire science project this week. I'm doing the experiment right now, but I still have to wright the paper, and put together a data book, and a display board.
I am probably in one of THE worst moods I have ever been in. I really feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I have no idea what to do this time next year. I feel a little sick. And I still have to go to school this afternoon and deal with a patient and overly sympathetic classmates. Gah, I'm talking like someone died, thank goodness that didnt' happen. But I am feel very bad emotionally/psychologically at the moment.
if you wanna replace it with something else... just listen to Rasputin by boney m and youll have "Ra-Ra-Rasputin! Russia's greatest love machine!" stuck in your head all day. Not sure if that would be better.
I hate trojan horses. I like Trojans (which is a terrible name for a condom P.S. I mean, the Trojan Horse was meant to sneak people IN. Condoms are meant to keep things FROM sneaking in). I like horses. I fucking hate trojan horses.
Lat night my computer went haywire for the second time. So, I've been scanning my computer like crazy since this has happened before and, lo and behold, it's the same trojan (win32.trojandownloader.adload to be exact). However, unlike before, this one didn't want to be deleted. Odd how that happens. In fact, whenever I tried to delete it, it would shut down my computer. Awesome.
So, I resigned myself to clearing my hard drive and starting from scratch. (I'm still planning on it once I get my paws on a removable hard drive and have my brother walk me through it; he's 4 years younger than me, but knows incredible amounts about computers. He's literally my IT guy). HOWEVER, I come back home from class, turn on my computer, expect the same pop-ups I saw this morning, only to find that, after a virus scan, my computer found nothing. Now, I would normally celebrate, but it didn't even find one tracking cookie, which is odd because there is almost ALWAYS at least one tracking cookie. I'm pretty sure this thing is hiding somewhere on my computer. It's OK, I've made peace with it and it's my excuse to use the internet less. But still, where did it go? Did it totally kill my Ad-Aware?
Long post, short moral: have at least 2 anti-virus/anti-spyware programs that you can run at a moment's notice. Stupid computers. Stupid adware.
^^^ ew. computer problems in general are the worst. *is sympathetic*

Sally, is your pin some sort of Obama one??
Ya I have an Obama pin...love it.
And... my face decided to break out this weekend. Perfect timing. Not.
mmm, but now, "Don't Go Away" by Oasis seems to be attempting to fight its way in... That could be good.
